　　關(guān)于烏克蘭近期局勢的聲明

　　烏克蘭近期局勢引發(fā)大家的關(guān)注，但烏克蘭局勢并不是如同美國和歐盟的大眾媒體所描述的是所謂“革命者”實(shí)現(xiàn)了“民主的勝利”，而是一場危機(jī)，尤其是一場置烏克蘭民眾自身于危險(xiǎn)境地之中的危機(jī)。

　　繼承了納粹意識(shí)形態(tài)的反動(dòng)政治勢力在歐盟和美國的幫助下逐漸浮出水面。這些政治勢力除了摧毀競爭對(duì)手的政府以外，還在計(jì)劃實(shí)行政治迫害和取締其它政黨，尤其要取締共產(chǎn)黨，他們甚至還制定具有種族歧視的法律，讓說俄語的民眾付出代價(jià)，如同“歐洲化”了的波羅的海國家在過去20年所執(zhí)行的政策一樣，這都得到了歐盟公然的政治支持。

　　各共產(chǎn)黨和工人政黨簽署了這份聯(lián)合聲明：

　　·向?yàn)蹩颂m共產(chǎn)黨，尤其是那些在許多情況下為了保護(hù)列寧紀(jì)念碑和其它蘇聯(lián)和反法西斯紀(jì)念碑的民眾表達(dá)我們的支持和我們與他們的團(tuán)結(jié)。民族法西斯武裝團(tuán)體正在試圖把這些人作為歷史意識(shí)形態(tài)的清洗對(duì)象。

　　·譴責(zé)美國和歐盟公然干涉烏克蘭內(nèi)政，并且過去和現(xiàn)在正向法西斯武裝分子提供直接支持，支持對(duì)二戰(zhàn)后的結(jié)果進(jìn)行歷史性復(fù)仇，把反共產(chǎn)主義變成他們的官方政策以及美化法西斯分子和他們的罪惡的意識(shí)形態(tài)和活動(dòng)，通過實(shí)行有計(jì)劃的迫害，犧牲講俄語民眾的代價(jià)，促進(jìn)烏克蘭人民內(nèi)部分裂。

　　·強(qiáng)調(diào)機(jī)會(huì)主義勢力所持的立場是危險(xiǎn)的，他們?cè)谏⒉タ赡艽嬖诹硗庖粋€(gè)“更好的歐盟”“歐盟與烏克蘭簽署一個(gè)更好的合作協(xié)議”的幻想。像每一個(gè)資本主義國家間組織一樣，歐盟也是一個(gè)掠奪成性的聯(lián)盟，具有反動(dòng)性質(zhì)，不可能成為親人民的聯(lián)盟。它現(xiàn)在是，未來也將持續(xù)違背工人，人民和民族的權(quán)利運(yùn)行。

　　·我們注意到烏克蘭的近期局勢與歐盟和美國的干涉有關(guān)系，是歐盟，美國與俄羅斯之間為控制市場、原材料和烏克蘭的交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)展開激烈競爭的結(jié)果。然而，和歐洲的其它民族一樣，烏克蘭人民支持一方或者其它帝國主義國家，或者其他掠奪成性的聯(lián)盟都不可能獲得自身利益。

　　·維護(hù)工人階級(jí)和普通大眾的利益意味著他們必須不讓自己“陷入”基于民族，語言，宗教產(chǎn)生的，造成嚴(yán)重分裂的民族主義困境中，而把共同的階級(jí)利益放在第一位，為爭取自己的權(quán)力和建立社會(huì)主義國家探索階級(jí)斗爭的道路。社會(huì)主義依舊是合于時(shí)宜和必要的。社會(huì)主義反對(duì)每一種資本主義國家間聯(lián)盟，并為建立基于工人需求而不是基于利益運(yùn)作的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)鋪平道路。

　　Joint Statement of Communist and Workers' Parties on the recent developments in Ukraine (Proposed by the KKE and DKP)

　　Statement on the reactionary developments in Ukraine

　　The recent dramatic developments in Ukraine do not constitute the "victory of democracy" by the alleged "revolutionaries", as it is being described by the mass media of the USA and the EU, but is a dangerous development, above all for the people of Ukraine themselves.

　　Reactionary political forces, ideological descendents of the Nazis, have risen to the political "surface" with the assistance of the EU and the USA. These are forces which apart from destroying the offices of their opponents, are planning political persecutions, and the banning of parties, above all against the communists, and even racist legislation at the expense of the Russian-speaking population, like what has been in force for the last 20 years in the countries of the "European" Baltic, with the blatant political support of the EU.

　　The communist and workers' parties that sign this Joint Statement:

　　* Express our solidarity and support with the communists of Ukraine,above all with those who in many instances went on to the streets in orderto defend the monuments of Lenin and the other Soviet and ant-fascist monuments, which found themselves "targeted" by the ideological "cleansing"of history being attempted by the nationalist-fascist armed groups.

　　* Denounce the USA and the EU regarding their blatant involvement in the internal affairs of Ukraine, regarding the direct support they provided and are providing to the armed fascist groups, supporting historical revanchism against the outcome of the 2nd World War, transforming anti-communism into their official policy, as well as beautifying the fascist groups, their criminal ideology and activity, promoting the division of the people of Ukraine with planned persecutions at the expense of the Russian-speaking of Ukraine.

　　* Highlight that the positions of the opportunist forces are dangerous, which spread illusions that there could exist another "betterEU', "another better association agreement of the EU with Ukraine". The EU,like every capitalist inter-state union, is a predatory alliance which has a deeply reactionary character can not become pro-people, and acts and will continue to act against the workers' people's rights and the peoples.

　　* Note that the developments in Ukraine are connected to the intervention of the EU and the USA, are the results of the fierce competition of these powers with Russia for the control of markets, rawmaterial and the country's transport networks. However the people ofUkraine, as all the other peoples of Europe have no interests in siding with the one or the other imperialist, or the one or the other predatoryalliance.

　　* The interests of the working class and popular strata of Ukraine mean that they must prevent themselves from being "trapped" in nationalist,divisive dilemmas, on the basis of ethnic, linguistic, religious particularities and to prioritize their common class interests, to chart their path of class struggle, for their rights and socialism. Socialism remains as timely and necessary as ever. This is the perspective against every capitalist inter-state union, in order to pave the way for an economy and society that will not operate on the basis of profit, but on the basisof the needs of the workers.
