普拉昌達征求人民解放軍的愿望

普拉昌達還說他們準(zhǔn)備召集一次特別議會會議，反對暴力、暗殺和陰謀。
正當(dāng)普拉昌達主席決定通過議會實踐取代現(xiàn)政府的時候，黨內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了反對的聲音。
富有經(jīng)驗的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人巴特拉伊也反對通過議會方式取代政府的想法。巴特拉伊博士在黨內(nèi)的觀點是他們不應(yīng)當(dāng)沉迷于通過議會游戲推翻政府，而應(yīng)當(dāng)集中精力于起草憲法。他的觀點在黨內(nèi)受到贊揚。尼聯(lián)共（毛）制憲會議議員對于通過召集特別議會會議改變政府的努力，思想是混亂的。
為了通過暴動重新恢復(fù)失去的政府，黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人鼓勵積極分子說起義的有利時機正在形成。
Kathmandu, 19 March: UCPN (Maoist) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has proposed a new plan to ask the PLA combatants of their wishes before integration takes place, reports Janadharana weekly.
The new proposal comes at a time when the discussions are ongoing for the integration of the Maoist combatants into Nepal Army. Experts have also analyzed the new plan as a plan for people's revolt.
Prachanda also said that they were preparing to summon a special parliamentary session against violence, murder and corruption.

Kathmandu, 19 March: As chairman Prachanda has made his decision to displace the incumbent government through parliamentary exercise, voices have raised against the plan in the UCPN (Maoist), reports Ghatana R' Bichar weekly.
Veteran leader Dr. Baburam Bhattarai also opposes idea of displacing the government in such a way. Dr. Bhattarai's opinion in the party that it should not indulge in the parliamentary game of collapsing the government rather should focus on drafting the constitution. His opinion is being praised in the party. Maoist Constituent Assembly (CA) members are confused regarding the idea of leading the effort to change the government by calling a special session.
Although the agitation launched to retake the government that fell according its own doings, the party leaders are fuelling the activists that a favorable situation is being created for rebellion.
